My Daughter has a podcast
makes it seem quite natural,
sitting there, talking to strangers
she can’t see.
She’s more outgoing than me,
though she’d probably dispute this.
She talks to children, any chidren,
as if they’re her own.
The webcam captures this rapport,
distance no object.
Says she learned it from me,
storytelling at her various schools.
I’m pleased she shares this gift.
