Today is a special day for TTB Legend Indar/Linda Christensen.

August 27 is Linda Christensen Day in Minnesota by proclamation of Governor Tim Walz. Linda served the state and the dairy industry for 50 years as the Princess Kay Butter Sculptor at the Minnesota State Fair. In so doing she became a legend. Gov Walz recognized her extraordinary contribution and achievement on August 27, 2021.

Congrats yet again, Linda!!! Simply amazing what you have accomplished. And your book is a great work, excellent story telling of your whole Minnesota Butterheads life.
